Muhammad Irfan is a UAE-based Finance Training & Consultancy Specialist and ACCA member (UK) with a degree in Mathematics. He specializes in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), Financial Statement Analysis (FSA), and risk-based audit methodologies. Delivering both in-person and virtual programs globally, he blends deep analytical expertise with an engaging, practical teaching style that helps professionals transform financial theory into measurable organizational impact.

His corporate finance expertise spans capital structuring, valuation, M&A strategies, cash flow management, budgeting, and working capital optimization. She has delivered over 10,000 training hours for more than 100 public and private organizations across the UAE and Oman, specializing in innovation, leadership, quality, design thinking, Six Sigma, organizational transformation, customer experience, and future capabilities. A former university lecturer and innovation department head, she holds leading international innovation credentials and more than 70 academic and professional qualifications.

His industry experience spans Best Western Hotel, Serena Hotels and cabin-crew roles with Fly Jinnah Airline, and he has served as a recruitment advisor for Emirates Airlines.

Prof. Vivek Mani is an IIT Madras alumnus, Certified Executive Coach (ICF-ACC, MG-SCC), and former Founding CEO of an Indo-French joint venture with over 20 years of leadership experience across India and the Middle East. Currently based in Dubai, he combines academic rigor with hands-on practice in business strategy, digital marketing, scaling enterprises, and go-to-market execution. His track record includes teaching MBA and Executive Education courses at leading institutions, as well as serving as a Digital Marketing instructor for Google India's apprenticeship program. Through experiential learning and strategic advisory, Prof. Vivek equips learners and growth-stage organizations with the practical skills needed to be Day One Ready for industry challenges.

Gary Schmid is an internationally acclaimed luxury hospitality and resort photographer based in Dubai, with nearly 20 years of international experience. Originally from Austria, he has photographed leading luxury hotels and resorts worldwide and is Co-Founder and Director of White Cube Studios. With over 15 years of teaching experience, including the Canon Ambassador Program, Gary brings exceptional technical expertise, creative vision, and practical industry knowledge to photography training.

An accomplished educator with a background in academic teaching, policy development and child-centred learning. She currently serves as Director of Jarjums, a centre for children with special learning needs, providing strategic leadership in inclusive education.

Dr Eric Howard is an experienced academic, researcher, and technology professional with a PhD from Macquarie University, Australia. He brings extensive professional and practising experience in Australia’s higher education, research, and technology sectors, with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Systems, and Emerging Technologies. At Kaartdijin Oasis, he combines his Australian academic and professional experience with practical, industry-focused training.

Dr Deborah Wilmore is an experienced academic and educator with a PhD in Sociology and over 15 years of experience in Australian higher education. Her expertise includes academic leadership, curriculum development, teaching, assessment, student engagement, workforce capability, and inclusive education. She brings extensive Australian experience in developing effective learning environments and supporting educators and learners to achieve strong academic and professional outcomes at Kaartdijin Oasis.

An accomplished multilingual language instructor with over ten years of experience across UAE and Middle East language institutes. She specialises in both in-person and online education, innovates in educational technology by designing interactive digital learning solutions, and is a published bilingual author.
